Elizabeth L. Montgomery

Chief People Officer

Elizabeth Montgomery serves as Black Diamond’s first Chief People Officer. A people strategy leader, she has successfully built supportive and dynamic corporate cultures at organizations in the life sciences industry for nearly 20 years. Elizabeth’s expertise lies in people strategy, talent development and human resources, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Prior to joining Black Diamond, Elizabeth was the Chief People Officer at ClearView Healthcare Partners, a global strategic consulting firm focused in the life sciences, where she spearheaded the firm’s DE&I presence and her leadership and focus on talent management guided rapid expansion of the firm. Earlier in her career, Elizabeth also served as a Global Director of Resource Management at IQVIA Consulting services and was a senior manager at Boston Scientific Corporation, leading reimbursement and outcomes planning for Boston Scientific products.

Elizabeth holds an M.B.A. from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.
